Information you provide

When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number, governorate, address, delivery notes and order details. An optional location pin can add delivery coordinates. Contact messages include the name, email, topic, subject and message you submit.

We use this information to process your order, coordinate delivery, send order messages, answer questions and prevent misuse of the checkout or contact form.

Order records and service providers

Order and contact records are stored using Google Firebase. Our email service processes confirmation and support emails. Information needed for delivery is shared with the courier handling your order.

Order tracking uses Firebase phone verification and Google reCAPTCHA to help confirm access. Requesting a tracking code sends your phone number to that service. Do not share the code with anyone.

InstaPay payment screenshots

If you choose InstaPay, we collect the screenshot you upload and the payment details it shows, such as amount, recipient, transaction reference and transfer date. We send the screenshot through OpenRouter to NVIDIA’s Nemotron 3.5 Super VL free endpoint for automated extraction and screening, including potential tampering or reused payment evidence. NVIDIA’s free service logs inputs for security and product improvement. Uploading a screenshot shares its visible payment information with these providers. Automated screening can make mistakes and does not establish that funds settled; our team checks the receiving bank account before confirming payment.

Payment screenshots are kept in private storage and are accessible to authorized CHRG administrators for review. We keep transaction identifiers and image fingerprints to help detect reused receipts and resolve payment disputes. Upload only the payment confirmation needed for your order. Never include your PIN, password, one-time code, full card details or unrelated account information. Contact support@chrg.energy about receipt access, correction or deletion; records needed for orders, disputes or legal obligations may need to be retained.

Browser storage

Your cart selections are kept in session storage so they follow you between pages in the same browser session. Announcement settings are cached in local storage. These support the site’s shopping experience.

You can remove this data through your browser’s site-data settings. Clearing it may reset your cart and other saved site settings.

Maps, fonts and external links

Opening checkout loads a delivery map. Map and location-search services receive the requests needed to display or find a location. Adding a pin is optional; browser location access is requested only when you choose the location control.

The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Instagram, TikTok and other external links open services with their own privacy policies. These services are not operated by CHRG.

Contact support@chrg.energy to ask about information linked to your order or request a correction or deletion. We may need to verify the request and keep records required for orders, disputes or legal obligations.
